Prices And Sales Rate Still Moving Up
NAR Says Nationwide Sales Up 0.4% In Jan
The National Association of Realtors says that home sales nationwide were up 0.4% in January. Prices were also rising.

Builders More Active Nationwide
NAR also reports that inventory nationwide is 25% lower than last year. This is encouraging builders to become more active, and that's all around good news for the housing market.
